Чаках си го два месеца с големи очаквания и го изгледах на един дъх.</p><p>Страшно впечатляващ относно техниките за готвене, пресъздадени от 1885, чистотата и изискаността на ястията.</p><p>Най - вълнуващото беше приготвянето на норвежкия омлет - тортата която предизвика сълзи в очите на малкото момиченце.</p><p>Признавам си за първи път разбрах за свойството на разбитите белтъци като изолатор.</p><p>Отне ми няколко дни да се ровя в интернет и да прочета доста по този въпрос, както и няколко дни да се пречупя да "изпека" сладолед.</p><p>Обаче резултатът, усилията и всяко съмнение си заслужават щом се докоснете до този неустоим вкус!</p><p>Рецептата е импровизирана изцяло от нас по това което видяхме във филма.</p><p>За блата:</p><p>4 яйца- за блата се използва 1 яйце + 3 жълтъка </p><p>1 чаена чаша захар</p><p>1 чаена чаша кисело мляко</p><p>Щипка сол</p><p>Щипка сода</p><p>1 бакпулвер</p><p>Борбобска ванилия</p><p>Разбива се с миксер в описаната последователност и се изпича на 180 градуса.</p><p>3 белтъка</p><p>24 суп. л. захар</p><p>Разбива се меренг докато започнат да се задържат твърди връхчета от сместа.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
